Once the customer receives access to the download link for the purchased documentation, the materials are considered delivered and usable. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, in accordance with Section 107 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Digital Content).

6.2 Non-Personalisation of Documents

The documentation packets are sold as general-use templates. The purchase price does not include any form of customisation, legal review, or adaptation. Any modifications required to suit the customer’s specific business or legal context are solely the customer’s responsibility.

6.3 Customer Responsibility

SymSyst does not guarantee the legal validity or enforceability of the templates as-is.
